These terms govern your use of Partly. By creating an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with the points below.
Using the service
Partly is provided to help you split shared expenses with people you trust. You may not use the service for fraud, illegal payments or to harass other users.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Premium subscription
Premium is billed weekly, monthly or yearly via the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime from your store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Liability
Partly is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service reliable but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of every calculation.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes are notified in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
